The food available at the Baton Rouge Blues Festival is homegrown comfort food. 2010 vendors are:
- Home cookin' by Shirley Neal
- Jambalaya and Red Beans & Rice by Ben Payne
- Chicago-style hotdogs by BR's own bluesman, Chicago Al
Coca Cola and Mockler Beverage Products can be purchased on the festival grounds.

2010 Blues Festival and artist merchandise will be sold at the Baton Rouge Blues Foundation booth located in the food court.
